Thank you for taking time to leave detailed feedback. I'm sorry for the experience. We shouldn't have broken something on a simple oil change. Accidents can happen but it looks like the canister to the oil filter was not readily available from Hyundai which makes matters worse. Thank you for letting us know so we can make corrections with the Team.
