My brand new Hyundai Santa Fe developed in oil leak after my very first oil change at Annapolis Hyundai. I can only assume that your technician that changed the oil over tightened something and cracked somet my very first oil change at Annapolis Hyundai. I can only assume that your technician that changed the oil over tightened something and cracked something according to your service writer. Now I’m stuck with a rental car for a week because you guys don’t stock the simple replacement part. Very disappointed in the service. Perhaps a little training for your technicians who change oil is in order. I would love to hear some feedback. More

Received oil change and tire rotation via valet service. Appreciated the updates made via phone on when the car will be picked up and dropped off. I was originally scheduled for 6/7 @ 9am, and I received a call a few hours after scheduled appointment time stating that my car will be picked up for service the following day 6/8. I am not sure why this changed, and fortunately I am working from home so it was not an issue, but the last minute change in service time was not a great experience. More
