Over the last six weeks I have had two unforeseen problems with my Hyundai. Both times I dealt with Jacob. The staff is amazing. The appointment was easy to get. I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride to work so that I didn't have to miss any time and picked me up at the end of my work day. I too my car in to check out the air condition since my last visit they put freon in it, I was scheduled to return in two weeks. After checking the car Jacob told me that I needed to have a new knob for t last visit they put freon in it, I was scheduled to return in two weeks. After checking the car Jacob told me that I needed to have a new knob for the air condition because when it's on 4 the system recognize the air condition as being off. The cost of this knob (part) Jason quoted over $500 dollars. I told him no way was I going to pay $500+ for an air condition knob. Then the young lady came out to the car and told me I don't need a knob. She instructed me how to work the air condition probably. Very disappointed in Jacob, trying to RIP me off of unnecessary service. I am done with Jacob Swaim. Now I'm wondering how many people has he ripped off because of unnecessary maintenance. The nerve of him. More
