I initially went in for a recall for the anti theft. The next day my windshield wipers stopped working when I took it back they said it has nothing to do with the work they did. It wasn’t until I got the windshield wiper motor replaced and it still wasn’t working they decide to take another look at it. That was about 2 weeks later and after i spoke to the manager. More

Normally don't leave bad reviews because I don't like to hurt workers, but this branch kinda sucks. I've had two recalls on my vehicle and their email responses are a nightmare to navigate, but even when yo hurt workers, but this branch kinda sucks. I spent a good chunk of my day last time I was supposed to get a recall part put in, only to be told they didn't have the part. You know: the whole point of the appointment. So they rescheduled with no input from me, and when I tried to reschedule the reschedule because I worked the day they put me in for, they said there were no recalls that needed to be worked on. I'm done, and I'm taking my business to Glen Burnie's branch, and I hope they'll be more professional and reliable. More

The service rep was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I was due for an 50K mile oil change and asked her to check if there were any recommendations. Very pleased with my service. The service center was extremely busy however the entire staff was friendly and welcoming and took their time with each customer. Mercedes Swann, in particular was delightful and went the extra mile. She called me an Uber and was more than accommodating by contacting me through email since I could not use my phone. On my way home, a tiny hiccup made me return to the center. Mercedes sprung to action to find someone to help me. Another stand out on the staff was one of the managers (I didn't get his name) who talked with me after the staff looked at my car a second time. He explained that what I experienced with the car was normal-- however, he used terms I understood without talking down to me and patiently answered all my questions. The staff was very professional and my car is running great. Outstanding job by everyone! More

Event with an appointment, it takes 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change, air filter and tire rotation. I regret having the maintenance package due to the amount of time i have to take off work to get se simple oil change, air filter and tire rotation.
