I had a bolt in my tire. They arranged for a tow from my Kent Island home to the West street dealership, repaired the tire, and then sent Valet Bill to pick me up to get my car. Service Dept. team is superb! Jacob Swaim consistently provides amazing customer service! He remembers us, our vehicles, and is very professional. Regardless of the line or volume of calls he is handling, you never see him sweat or hear it in his voice. To us, it is his service that keeps us from going to any other dealer regardless of other promo offers. Jacob helped us with our normal routine vehicle maintenance, but also has gone above and beyond! We had our engine blow and that was our first ever issue with a Hyundai. He took care of getting the engine replaced, completing the paperwork so that there would be NO cost for the new engine because we were under warranty, and he would call us with updates! We never had to wonder how much longer it would take to get our vehicle back because he was on top of the communication! Another time, we planned a long car trip, and I had forgotten to get the vehicle prepped for the trip. I called Jacob and asked when we could schedule a time. He had us drop off the car and we were able to pick it up a couple days later. We did not mind leaving the car for a couple of days and appreciated the fact he got our car checked over before the trip. From our first purchase with Annapolis Hyundai, we have had 4 vehicles to date. The sales team have always been courteous, respectful and kind. They also were respectful of our time, as we have young children. We said we cannot stay long and they were able to take care of us in a timely fashion. The management team leads by example! It is no wonder that even (when Hyundai rep. drove me home when I left the vehicle to be serviced) the driver was kind, respectful and spoke highly of their team mates. The other team members working there are kind and respectful, as well. So it is the whole team that delivers amazing customer service. We appreciate the follow-up on our visits too.
