For the second time in two weeks, I had a bolt in my tire. Everything went smoothly the first roadside assistance. However, the second time was a total mixup that involved six hours from when I placed t tire. Everything went smoothly the first roadside assistance. However, the second time was a total mixup that involved six hours from when I placed the call to getting the car to service. Thank goodness for my Annapolis Hyundai dealership and its employees. They kept me informed of the status of the repair and again sent A valet to pick me up in order for me to pick up my car. They were very apologetic for the mixup which was not they are making. And they are so pleasant that I asked them if they had a job opening I could have, not even a paid one. They are an informed, pleasant, courteous, etc. Group of employees who take care of business. First time I'm using this service department. First maintenance for my 2021 Alantra. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived 15 minutes before scheduled maintenance.
