Took my vehicle in to repair three items: key fob issue with ignition switch, replace rear windshield wiper and one safety recall. While they were friendly and provided a rental vehicle, I did not receive with ignition switch, replace rear windshield wiper and one safety recall. While they were friendly and provided a rental vehicle, I did not receive an update for several days. When I called back on status, I tried to contact the service department. No one answered the calls, the phone system then routed me to an operator who also didn't answer. After multiple attempts to reach the service department and no one picking up, I finally sent an email to the general manager. I heard back that afternoon from the service department. Found out some parts were back-ordered due to supply chain issues (understandable given the pandemic) but the key fob issue was never diagnosed and corrected. Overall, poor follow-through and I now have to take my car to another dealer to correct the key fob issue. More

I called here to see if I could get my 2021 Kona repaired. And I spoke with Karen the service manager and that did it for me. She was amazing and is amazing she went above and beyond for me in getti repaired. And I spoke with Karen the service manager and that did it for me. She was amazing and is amazing she went above and beyond for me in getting my car fixed I can't say enough about her and her team. You are only as good as the person that leads you. And her staff was just as amazing as her they fixed my Kona I was so discouraged when I called here and at my whits end I didn't know what to do. She didn't even know me and she took care of me like I was the only customer. I will be forever grateful for the time she took and for going above and beyond for me. I will NOT!!!be taking my Kona any place else for service. Thank you ,Thank you,Thank you!! More
