My experience with the Annapolis Hyundai Service Center was, for lack of a better term, comfortable. I mean that in the most positive way. I rarely write reviews, but I had such a positive experience in dealing with the Annapolis Hyundai service center, I had to let others know. My Thanksgiving day was ruined when I discovered I had a f experience in dealing with the Annapolis Hyundai service center, I had to let others know. My Thanksgiving day was ruined when I discovered I had a flat tire, as we prepared to go to our daughter's house. Before we left I did one of those Hail Mary's and looked on line to contact the Service Manager, Karen Farina, who was mentioned in other posts. I had a 1:30 meeting on Friday and no spare tire. I emailed Karen to explain my situation and left for our gathering. Before 8:00 AM on Friday I get an email from Karen telling me she will do everything possible to make it all work. She contacted the tow company and they were here in a hour to pick up the car. Karen said she would be waiting when they arrived. She called back at 11:30 and told me I would need a new tire and they had in stock. She promised it would be ready for my meeting and said to pick up at 1:00. I arrived at 1:00 and it was ready as promised. I spoke to Karen to tell her that it is so rare to find a person that is so customer oriented to give such service. I made my meeting and just got home. I gave this dealer a 5 Star rating, but I would have given 10 Stars, because of Karen. The top management should realize they have a very valuable employee. Quality customer service seems to be a dying concept, but people like Karen are the ones keeping it alive. Thank You, Larry Brookman More

I took my car in for an appointment that I scheduled to have a treatment applied, they loaned me a vehicle for the time they needed. Jacob was kind from beginning to end. He made sure that I was in the loop. He checked in with me before every service. Even the service team member I saw after my service was done was nice and welcoming. The was in the loop. He checked in with me before every service. They got me in and out faster than I planned, and it seems as though the recurring issue that I was having has finally been resolved. Definitely picking this location over the Bowie location (at which I had horrific service). It is worth the drive and you can tell they value you as a person. More
Worst dealer service experience I have ever had. First, I called to make an appt, got voice mail, left message to return my call. No response so 2 days later I call again. This time service message says voic called to make an appt, got voice mail, left message to return my call. No response so 2 days later I call again. This time service message says voice mail is full, cannot take new messages. So I call sales, tell them the problem, they say they will tell service to clear messages and hand them my number. I do get a call and schedule my first appt for 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited Hybrid. It was showing me an "overdue for service" message, but only had about 4500 miles. I told them despite the low mileage, I wanted to bring it in to have the message reset, fluids checked, and I had a lot of wind noise at speeds over 40 mph. Arrived early for my 8AM appt, service person had my appt sheet, it said nothing about the message reset, fluid check, and wind noise--only said tire rotation for $29.99. Told him I did not need that and reiterated what I wanted done. Asked if I should wait or go home. He said they needed to test drive it for the noise, should only take about an hour to evaluate, so wait. Two hours later, I ask the service desk person what is going on. He said still need to test drive, told him other service guy said only one hour and that was two hours ago. He said he check. He disappeared and two hours after that I finally got another service person who said they were now test driving it and it shoud'nt be much longer. Finally, I see my car pull in, tech goes into shop, so I wait at service desk to tell service writer I see my car and really need to go since it has been over 4 hours for what was to be a 1 hour or less eval. He tells me they have seen the wind noise problem and there is no fix so contact Hyundai if you are not satisfied. What? So I ask about the reset and the fluids and for a service ticket. He said there was no charge so no ticket. When I got in the car the "service overdue" message was still there. A few days later I got a "low washer fluid" message. When I opend the hood to put some fluid in, the cap was off as if someone was going to fill it, but didn't. To say I am dissatisfied is too generous. I think this is a rip-off operation who did not want to address the service as it was warranty. I still have the car which I never use on the highway because the wind noise will drive you out of it, even if you blast the radio. Terrible experience after having had an excellent experience on an Elantra at another dealer. You should close this shop up!!! More
