Hi Mr Dankmeyer. Thank you for the feedback to help me improve the store. The shop has been much busier than normal but it's unacceptable to us, that the communication and extended wait time to get the vehicle in the shop, was not brought up. The original dealer you purchased from usually sets the service interval and they may have accidentally set it wrong, for severe driving habits. I would like to get additional feedback because I do see the vehicle visiting in October for a wind noise complaint and we made some notes very similar to what you mentioned. We want to fix your vehicle regardless if warranty or maintenance. Your experience and feedback is important to us so we don't make similar mistakes again and know how to better accommodate each client.
