The staff was very helpful and accommodating to install front plate on vehicle that moved from another state. I requested a BG fuel induction service on my 2023 Kona SEL. A multi valve injector protection - fuel system clean was a recommended option at the previous Hyundai service. A multi point inspection was also completed and a rear wiper was replaced . I'm glad I accepted this work as the performs beautifully.. I highly recommend the Service Center at Annapolis Hyundai, and all necessary maintenance completed, as the staff are very professional and costing is market competitive, as safety maintenance is a must, especially as this vehicle often goes off road, on sand and dirt small rocky roads, in snow bound parks. I find the Kona SEL performs really well in all weather conditions. I make sure this vehicle has frequent detailing, cleaned by a third party service. At 40,234 miles I have full confidence in the Annapolis Hyundai team to make the 2023 Kona SEL a very reliable car.. More

Many people are talking about the sales team and how nice they are. That's easy. Who wouldn't be nice to you if you are spending $30K for a new car? But I feel the true measure of a dealership is the way the they are. That's easy. Who wouldn't be nice to you if you are spending $30K for a new car? But I feel the true measure of a dealership is the way they treat you once the big purchase has been made One of those areas is the service department. And there is a LOT of room for improvement here. We have been disappointed with the service department at this dealership since the very first time we encountered them. They are poor at communicating - and often do not answer the phone when you call. We had one situation where parts had been ordered and received by the dealership, and they had the parts for a week and still hadn't called me. I happened to stop in personally and ask pointed questions to figure it out. And the reason I stopped in personally goes back to the earlier comment about them being bad at answering the phone or returning voicemails. Once they get the car in the door and get to work, their technicians are competent and the work is performed well, and done right the first time. The biggest problem with the service department is the lack of attention to detail by the people working up front. If they could just get better at answering the phones and following through with agreed-upon plan of action for a customer, it would be a drastic improvement. More

Maybe the issue was simply with the previous employee, who was nowhere to be found.
