Tony was very professional getting my car checked in. The service was a little lengthy; 3 hours for 16K service. Everything was great as far as the service ,however, I am somewhat disappointed regarding an issue with my gas filler flap. When I bought the truck this was out of aligned and not flush with the rest of th somewhat disappointed regarding an issue with my gas filler flap. When I bought the truck this was out of aligned and not flush with the rest of the body and I brought it to the attention of the service department when I payed to have my oil changed at 3300 miles . They said it could not be fixed and other Santa Fan model have this issue.. Again when I had my scheduled maintenance done at 8300miles I brought the issue up again. Once again they said it could not be fixed. When you buy a new car and something is not right anything can be Fixed. What would happen if the gas filler flap was rip off. Are you telling me you could not fix it. I am sure you could fix it once its out of warranty and charge me several hundred dollars Please note I have seen other 2021 Santa Fante models that do not have this issue.
