The service center leaves a lot to be desired. Jacob the assistant service manager is a nice person but evidently, he does not believe in any follow up and/or communication. On June 24, 2022, I took my 2021 Hyuandai Palisade for its first oil change which is free and includes a complimentary car wash and vacuum (I also had purchased the extended service contract at the time of purchasing the vehicle for a total of 5 years of free oil change). Jacob must have mentioned at least three times that the oil change does not cost me anything as if he is doing me a favor! Also, another customer and I arrived at the same time and we both needed rides. My destination was 1 mile away and the other customer's was more that 20 miles away. The driver took the other customer without telling me and I had to wait more than an hour for his return! Last but not least when I came back to pick up my car I noticed that they had not vacuumed it. When I came back inside and asked Jacob about it, he said very casually that their vaccum is broken but should be fixed in couple days at which time he will text me to bring in my car!! almost 20 days later I am still waiting! More

Had my car in for a windshield leak. Dealt with Karen the service manager and she bent over backwards to make sure everything went well. This was customer service at it's best. I did not care for salesman Shawn, he was dismissive and unprofessional. I would have chosen another salesman if he wasn’t the first person I saw when I walked in the building. My check engine light flashed on. I drove to Annapolis Hyundai without an appointment. I left the car with Jacob, he said he would call me to let me know what the problem was and what I drove to Annapolis Hyundai without an appointment. I left the car with Jacob, he said he would call me to let me know what the problem was and what the solution would be. He then arranged a courtesy ride home for me. I spoke to Jacob next day and he told me what the problem was and the cost to fix it. He then said that he would check to see if my extended warranty would cover any of the cost. He then asked if I wanted him to proceed with the repairs. I said that the repairs are necessary and proceed. Jacob called be back in less than 10 minutes with the good news that 1/2 of the repair costs would be covered. Jacob called me back shorty there after the the repairs were completed along with my oil change. I asked if he could send a courtesy car for me, which of course he did. I did a few things at home before going downstairs to wait for the driver. I got downstairs and the driver was just pulling into the driveway. While the check engine light going on at the start of a holiday week-end was very annoying...everything and everyone associated with the repairs and service deserves 5 times 5 stars. I have owned several Hyundais and my future cars will also be Hyundais as well even if I may be able to afford so called luxury cars. I am a very satisfied customer. More
My wife raves about Karen, the Service Manager. ..how she is the most wonderful, friendly, accommodating professional you ever want to meet. The staff there is just as amazing! I am so appreciativ ..how she is the most wonderful, friendly, accommodating professional you ever want to meet. The staff there is just as amazing! I am so appreciative of how you treated my wife. She was so pleased! She was greeted by a lovely young lady upon entering. Jacob picked up from there, and then she was dropped off by a very pleasant young man to her office that morning.
