Hi Dez. Thanks for the feedback about your experience servicing the Palisade. Those items were our responsibility to manage and we will help correct them. It is our policy to shuttle the closest client's home first and we made mistake with that decision. The vacuum system has been replaced and we are more than happy to have you for a complementary cleaning of the inside and outside of your Palisade.
