In the past, I have had nothing but good experiences, but sadly no longer. I have been waiting for a part since Dec/Jan. When I called today in April, I was told it had been in for 59 days, yet I was not n sadly no longer. I have been waiting for a part since Dec/Jan. When I called today in April, I was told it had been in for 59 days, yet I was not notified. The Parts Dept and the Service Dept. blamed each other. Then, I find I can only get an appointment in mid- June for service. While I appreciate they be under staffed, there has been no explanation or apology. And no attempt to rectify a problem that is not mine nor help in getting my car repaired. When asked to speak with the Service Manger I was left on a dead line. I am so very disappointed in the downturn of good service since Jacob's departure. More
After trading-in my Ioniq, I still go to Annapolis Hyundai for service on my 2015 Prius. I've worked with Jacob in the past, yet the new team is just as good. Yes, I had to wait a month for service (post-pandemic), and it was worth it. The new service manager (Karen?) was very helpful and accommodating. Really stellar. She seemed to intuit my priorities and didn't try to oversell me, which was helpful, as my wallet was thin. They have one or more former Toyota techs, so I'm completely comfortable bringing my car here. Got my regular synth oil change and four new tires installed and I feel totally safe in my car again. 5 stars, highly recommended. More

After 33 days left me with 8 miles in gas tank, no detailing onside which I understand is not standard but given how bad of service I received and vocalized this I would have thought they would have done that out of courtesy. Filed a claim when I first dropped my car off on January 19th and my claims manager that I had since January said the General Manager NEVER reached out during this entire duration after she reached out multiple times. More
