Service appointment time was honored. I was in as scheduled. Oil change and complimentary multi-point inspection was completed in about 3 hours - a bit longer than expected. One little thing typical at auto service places: do the techs REALLY have to move the driver’s seat just to pull the car in and out?!? It’s kind of annoying to have to figure out again how to get the driver position “just so”. More
Great service, once I finally was able to get on their calendar. I was due for a 12,000 mile check up and it took almost a month to get it in. Very pleased with Annapolis Hyundai. They performed warranty work on my Hyundai Palisade. They did not finish the work during business hours. Brian, the service manager, provided me with a rental as well as a shuttle to the car rental company. I picked up my Palisade the next afternoon. The car had been washed and the interior vacuumed. This is above and beyond what is expected from a dealer after servicing a car. The staff is courteous and helpful. I highly recommend Annapolis Hyundai’s service department. I will continue to use their services even though I live 30 miles from the dealership. More

I would give the actual service a 5, but they are so swamped with business, you can expect to wait weeks for an appointment. One concern however: the employee wrapping up my complimentary car wash after service was not drying, but wiping water off the car with a brush with sufficient carelessness that I could hear the brush banging the side of the vehicle multiple times, potentially scratching the car needlessly.
