Terrible Customer Service I’ve done all of my business through the years at Hyundai from Annapolis. Service has always been a challenge but loyal to dealership until now. I made a 730 phone appointment 30 through the years at Hyundai from Annapolis. Service has always been a challenge but loyal to dealership until now. I made a 730 phone appointment 30 days in advance with a customer service rep. The rep assured it would take less than 30 min to complete the simple recall notice. Upon my 7:30 AM arrival time slot, the service department said their technicians don’t come to work until 8am. Because it was only a 30 minute fix, I decided to wait. At 9 AM I asked for an ETA and they said it could not be seen for at least another hour. I asked the rep for my keys back, declined to purchase the $365.00 key fob, drove to another dealership, told them what happened, waited 30 minutes and work was done. This is an obvious management issue and will not change. If your time is valuable, beware of Annapolis Hyundai. More
