Hi Nancy, Thank you for taking time to give feedback. I'm sorry about the wait time. A complementary service and recall should not take that long. We have been struggling with the demand of service vehicles from other dealerships and it's causing some bottlenecks. We are trying to not let it roll over to clients that purchased from us and have a great service history, like you. We should have done a better job communicating that the appointment time is with the Advisor and not necessarily when the car gets into the shop. I will review the day's flow, from your visit, so we can do better next time. We are working on this and will resolve so similar experiences don't happen again. Thank you Nancy!
