Mo and Joe made sure I had a car for my son's wedding. My initial car was wonderful but hit in the middle of the night by a drunk driver and totaled. An absolute dumpster fire of a business. Their service department is the standard for incompetence on all fronts. They do not answer the phone, they fail to order parts, and they have basi Their service department is the standard for incompetence on all fronts. They do not answer the phone, they fail to order parts, and they have basic breakdowns in communication. DO NOT BUY HERE. The sales team is great, but trying to get service on your vehicle will be an absolute nightmare. They had my vehicle, for a scheduled appointment, for the entire day and never touched it. They did not answer the phone for the entire day. They failed to order the parts for three days. Their incompetence is only outdone by their obvious indifference to customers. More
I had a 9 am appt on a Tuesday for routine warranty maintenance (oil change tire rotation etc). I dropped my car off at 8 am. Halfway through the day I called, was told it wouldn’t be done till end of maintenance (oil change tire rotation etc). I dropped my car off at 8 am. Halfway through the day I called, was told it wouldn’t be done till end of day, okay fine, that’s normal. I never hear anything end of day. The next day, Wednesday, I have to cancel 2 drs appts because I still don’t have my car. I call when service center opens, they can’t find my car, takes 20 mins to find it. They hadn’t even started on my car. Was finally done over 28 hours AFTER I dropped it off for scheduled routine maintenance with no communication. Unacceptable. More
