I got my 3rd complimemtory service done for my new car and went there get my key when it was done. I met Service manager "Mr. Frank Illyas" who approched me with angry face as if he was there to fight wit and went there get my key when it was done. I met Service manager "Mr. Frank Illyas" who approched me with angry face as if he was there to fight with me and without asking me my name or checking my service paper he first rudely asked " WHERE IS THE RENTAL?" I said i did not get any rental car from here but had shuttle ride. Then he finished all formality with just rudness. Teach him how to greet customers and talk politely. Mr. Jacob was way better service manager at this dealership. More

I wish the Service Department experience was as positive as the purchase of my vehicle. Poor communication was the reason for my displeasure. First, I had to wait almost a month to get an appointment for an oil change. Second, Keith called me and told me my left front axle was broken and needed to be replaced. When I picked up my car, I told the young lady in the service department that I wanted to order the part which she said she did while I was standing there. I ask her if I needed to pay for now which is the way it usually works. She said no I could pay when the part comes which would be in a couple of days. I called the parts department today (11/8/23) and they said they didn't have the part and that I would have to pay for it when I ordered it. There is no mention on my receipt that I have a broken axel so I'm not positive it is the front left axel. Keith hand wrote this information on the back of a piece of paper. Totally unprofessional. Required work is always mentioned on my receipt. So now I need to schedule another appointment which I will probably have to wait a month for so they can determine which axel is broken. I DO NOT EXPECT TO BE CHARGE FOR THIS SERVICE APPOINTMENT WHICH IS NEEDED BECAUSE OF KEITH AND THE YOUNG LADY WHO TOLD ME SHE ORDERED THE PART. When I left, I had the feeling that she didn't order the part because I didn't see her doing anything on the computer. More
