This is the worst Hyundai dealership I have ever been to. Our Tuscon had to get a new engine due to the engine recall on our 2013 Tucson. We started our process in early Sept. 2023. I called in Dec. And they said thay had the engine and our car would be done soonish. I call in Jan. And we now told our engine is done,which we where not told it was done, but it was broken into on the lot and more things are broken. Its now Jan. 26th and we are now being told the new engine hasnt even been installed with no ETA or calls with updates on when this will be done. Very long story short. STAY AWAY! More
I brought my car in for regular maintenance package along with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minute with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minutes and said that the mechanics may have run the battery down because they left something on so they jump started it and it should be fine, but if I wanted to get my battery checked it would be an extra $50. I have never had any issue with my car, this being the first time when it is being returned to me after having serviced. I did not feel that it was fair for them to charge me to check my battery when they were the ones who caused the problem. More

I took my car in for a required software recall and had an early morning appointment, I waited for over 4 hours before my car was ready. This is an unacceptable wait time for this service, especially after an early morning appointment, I waited for over 4 hours before my car was ready. This is an unacceptable wait time for this service, especially after a two-month wait to even get on the schedule with a reserved time. I will not recommend that anyone take their vehicle to this dealership for service after my experience. More
Waited several minutes to be handled by an associate. Got checked in and proceeded to work at the waiting area while my car was being serviced. After 2 hours of hearing nothing, I inquired with a service person who seemed not to know my car’s status. He came back from the shop to apologize that work on my car HAD NOT EVEN STARTED!! He assured me he’d get two techs on it and it would be ready shortly. 70 minutes later, I was finally told my car was ready. I finally got back home only to find that the tech had not reset the oil change interval, and they for some reason were not able to explain the solution over the phone; they told me to look for a You Tube video! More
