I am very impressed with the staff in the service department but not at all with management. I have been waiting on a refund since May and they never answer. This was a factory 16,000 mile oil change, checkup and tire rotation visit that took 3 hours. There was no car wash service. That said they did have a car service to take us and pick us up from restaurant tire rotation visit that took 3 hours. There was no car wash service. That said they did have a car service to take us and pick us up from restaurant for lunch. The staff was nice. More
