We had the best experience at Annapolis Hyundai, thanks in most part to Nick. Buying a specific car you want right now is not the easiest process, however, Nick was able to make the process a little more t in most part to Nick. The Tucson we wanted was "in transit" and Nick was excellent at providing us updates as they came up on the car's arrival along with any other questions that popped in our heads. When we came to the dealership to pick up the car, Nick was professional, prepared and was able to answer any of our questions. We also briefly talked with the sales manager and worked with the finance manager as well, both were extremely nice and so personable. I had the best experience ever buying a car at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and personable making it very comfortable. I’ve been to dealerships where they were all business and had no desire dealership. Everyone was friendly and personable making it very comfortable. While this dealership was very professional, people went out of their way to joke and have a conversation unrelated to the business at hand. For me buying a car is stressful but I have to say given the atmosphere I was completely relaxed. Would definitely recommend them! More
