I have had some horrific experiences with the service department in the last year trying to figure out what was going on with my car and no luck. The continued issues brought me back yet again — but thi department in the last year trying to figure out what was going on with my car and no luck. The continued issues brought me back yet again — but this time I worked with Kevin Adams who is new to Annapolis Hyundai. What a positive and welcomed change to the service department!! I can’t say enough. Kevin listened to everything that had been going on, and walked me step by step through what they were going to do to figure out the issues finally, and actually called and talked to me about what they thought was wrong!! Something that had never happened before!! Kevin is my go to service advisor and would highly recommend him to anyone else. Hiring him in the service department is one of the best decisions Annapolis Hyundai has made in a long time! More

Our experience at Annapolis was at first great. Mo Abaidullah, our salesman, was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy. We did decide to purchase a car. Our trade in had been looked at etc. We had been told what our interest rate on our small car loan. At the last minute Robert Haas who is a manager of preowned cars came in to tell us that the rate HE quoted to us was going to be two points above what he had quoted!! TWO points!! It is not cheap to have a car loan these days and two points made a significant difference on what our car payment was going to be. After this disaster we left disgusted by what had just taken place. We were on our way home when the dealership did call to tell us they would give us a bigger discount to make up for the manager's mistake. When we returned he did apologize but the distaste in our mouths for what we thought was a classic "bait and switch" was already there. I cannot imagine how a manager could make such a costly mistake. Again Mo Abaldullah was wonderful. I would recommend dealing with him but if Mr. Hass is in the picture I would withdrawal my recommendation. More
