This is the worst Hyundai dealership I have ever been to. Our Tuscon had to get a new engine due to the engine recall on our 2013 Tucson. We started our process in early Sept. 2023. I called in Dec. And they said thay had the engine and our car would be done soonish. I call in Jan. And we now told our engine is done,which we where not told it was done, but it was broken into on the lot and more things are broken. Its now Jan. 26th and we are now being told the new engine hasnt even been installed with no ETA or calls with updates on when this will be done. Very long story short. STAY AWAY! More
I brought my car in for regular maintenance package along with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minute with oil change and when I got my car from them, the car would not start. The employee at the desk said they would check on it, came back in 5 minutes and said that the mechanics may have run the battery down because they left something on so they jump started it and it should be fine, but if I wanted to get my battery checked it would be an extra $50. I have never had any issue with my car, this being the first time when it is being returned to me after having serviced. I did not feel that it was fair for them to charge me to check my battery when they were the ones who caused the problem. More
My daughter and I came in on a rainy day, just to look at the green color IONIQ 5. I had had surgery on my face the day before and had bandages and a black eye. I knew I liked the looks of the IONIQ 5 but had never seen the inside nor the Digital green color. Unfortunately, the green one had just been sold. I had no intention of buying a car that day. I hadn’t even decided whether I really wanted to sell my Tesla. We met Mo and he showed us an IONIQ 5 Limited. We went for a drive. He quickly found out that there was a green one that could be delivered the next day. He was so patient and kind. We just rolled along and decided a 2 year lease would be perfect for me. We were to pick it up in two days but the weather forecast for that day was horrible so Mo rushed everything so we could get it home before the bad weather arrived. I felt like I’d made a new friend in Mo. In fact, everyone was so accomodating. It was a pleasure working with Annapolis Hyundai! More
After Ryan and Jacob left, this service center is worse than any department I’ve dealt with. Drop off a car on scheduled date; they can’t service for 5 days. What a joke.
