Was looking for a new Sonata called around looking for a limited with turbo and nav. I wanted specific colors and Conrad said he had 2 in and would have it ready if I called him before getting there. When I arrived it was out front and ready for a test drive. Conrad oriented me around the car and off we went. No complaints about checking the stereo out at loud volumes, checking the acceleration and guiding me around the route. Once back the interaction was very low pressure but I knew I wanted the car. I had a price in mind after looking through multiple car sites. I made my offer a after a quick check with the sales manager my offer was accepted - no haggling, no worries. The paper work went pretty quickly and there was no pressure at all to buy any additional services etc. I was taken on a tour to orient me to the dealership and got a couple of free sodas while waiting. Conrad (my salesman) was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. The sales manager came out and talked me for a while - a regular guy who wasn't the normal "sales manger type sales guy or stuffed shirt" that I've had when buying some of my other cars in the past (not Hyundai as this is my first). Conrad briefed me on the operation of some of the other features of the car before I left and I went on my way happy and surprised how easy and pleasurable the experience was. More

Conrad was one of the best car saleman that I have ever dealt with in my entire life of buying a car. He was not pushy at all and he let me take my time in deciding on when I was ready to purchase the Sont dealt with in my entire life of buying a car. I explained to him up front that this would not be easy (due to credit history) but again he never gave up on me or my need to buy "Just a Car" - I didn't want all the bells and whisles because I knew that I couldn't afford it and he was great about not be pushy. I was greatful for that. I would recommend all my family and friends to go see him to buy their next car. More

My best experience ever. The dealership is 35 miles away from me and the drive was well worth it because there was no haggling and no pressure - no pressure to purchase extras or use their financing. I'm not saying they won't try, but they will not pressure you to do something you don't want to do. High recommended. More
