Our experience with this dealership has been outstanding from start to finish. We first went in to buy our 24yr his first new car, a 2012 Accent. He was very knowledgeable and never pushy in that usual car salesman kind of way and you could tell he was sincerely interested in getting my son in a car he would be happy with. The finance guy Scott was a pleasure to work with as well, he was very patient in explaining everything to our son since this was his first time getting an auto loan in his own name. We all left the dealership very happy. A month later my car was totaled and I went back to Paul for another Hyundai, this time an Elantra GLS. Again, he was awesome and spent quite a bit of time with me weighing my options. He even came in on his day off to help us take delivery of the car! I ended up with a car I absolutely love and yet another great experience with the dealership! Thanks everyone! More

Due to my specific circumstances (my prior car was totaled), Paul was able to push for an outstanding price in my favor. When we did finally make direct phone/visit contact, Paul honored my request of minimum trips to the dealership by having the car ready for my inspection, pick-up, and purchase with all custom details arranged (options, programming, manuals, plates, ...). The service department appeared to have mastered key technical details for my car that I was unable to have done locally (on a similar model). My only regret is that I do not live closer to this dealership for potential service to the new vehicle. More

Quality all around - impromptu visit that resulted in a sale (new vehicle). Staff was great to not only to work with, but to talk to - make sure you talk to George Sparks (being an ex-Saturn dealer, he's sale (new vehicle). Annapolis Hyundai gets my vote for the best ever. I found them through cars.com and autotrader.com. Mr. Westerman took my call to double check if the car was on the lot and the price was accurate. His sales manager kindly removed a large sales sticker on the vehicle to test drive. The finance department was fairly quick compared to what I have dealt with in the past. All in all I'm very pleased with the complete experience at Annapolis Hyundai. The vehicle is clean and appears to be in great shape. I will add that this dealership doesn't hide the final cost of the vehicle in the internet ad. The price is as quoted. That means a lot to me as a future customer. Roger Owens More

I communicated with Billy over the course of a few weeks. For my appointment, I was only able to come in after work, and the staff remained on site and open past business hours to complete the sale. Even after the paperwork was signed, Billy stayed with me until I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and provided me with a deatiled explanation of how to use the electronics. This dealership understands the quality and demand for their product so I was not surprised when they did not budge below the quoted e-price; I did not give a "4" on price for this reason. I want to thank Billy for making this as pain free of a process as it could have been and provide my recommendation for Annapolis Hyundai as the best Hyundai dealership in the area. More

However, Paul has been absolutely awesome and pleasure to deal with! Upon arrival he went over the agreed price right away and everything was exactly as agreed, absolutely no games, no pressure to buy anything I didn't want to. Very professional and cordial!
