This was an overall great car-buying experience. Their web site is very user friendly. I was able to view the cars, make my selection and submit my financing request all on line. I dealt with the Sales Manager via e-mail until I arrived at the store to pick up my new car. I was able to arrange the model, color, options and financing without ever going to the dealership. Once I was notified my car was in, I went to the dealership to purchase it and that was a continuation of the high level of service I had already been receiving. I was greeted by every staff member I came in contact with, offered refreshments, introduced to the sales manager and a then to a salesman that ensured the car was what I ordered, and was to my liking. The finance dept took me through all of the paperwork and processed everything on the spot, financing, out of state tags and tile, taxes etc. Then back to my salesman who gave me a tour of the dealership, and then took me out to my new car and explained all of the features and options to me. Once I was comfortable with my understanding of the car, I was handed the keys and off I went. One happy customer. The fact that I arranged this deal from my home in Kansas speaks volumes. I was able to arrange the deal, fly in from Kansas, drive the car back to Kansas, and still pull all of this off for less than I could get the identical car for in Kansas or other Hyundai dealers in the MD/DE/VA area makes Annapolis Hyundai the place I will buy my next car. I also have two daughters that I have already recommended Annapolis Hyundai to, and they are also considering traveling to Annapolis now. Buying from Annapolis Hyundai was a very positive experience, I was treated with respect, and everyone demonstrated a genuine concern for my satisfaction. More

I had an extremely pleasant and easy car shopping experience at Annapolis Hyundai, working with salesman Conrad Westerman. I was in the market for a Hyundai Elantra Limited and had located two of th experience at Annapolis Hyundai, working with salesman Conrad Westerman. I was in the market for a Hyundai Elantra Limited and had located two of them within a 25 mile drive of where I lived in the color I wanted. I contacted both of those dealers for a quick quote and got two quotes back within a few hundred dollars of each other. But whereas the other dealer esentially told me "take it or leave it" on this popular car, Conrad was prepared to be flexible with his price quote. I went on Cars.com to determine a fair price for the car and I asked Conrad if he could sell me the car for the Cars.com "smart target price." He got back to me quickly and indicated his willingness to do so and as a result, I ended up paying at least $1,000 less for the car than the other Hyundai dealership was willing to sell it to me for. The actual test drive and purchase took about 2.5 hours from start to finish, and it would have been even quicker had not Conrad been tied up with another customer at the same time. He was through and helpful during the deal, and I feel that I was treated very fairly and courteously throughout. I certainly would recommend this dealership and Conrad in particular to anyone in the market for a Hyundai in my area. More

I contacted the dealership via an internet quote request. From the start I felt NO PRESSURE to buy. Nate contacted me via email (which I requested) and asked exactly what I wanted. He emailed back the following day saying he had located one and asked what I would like to do. I immediately called him and we negotiated the price (took about 10 mins) and agreed on terms. He said no problem and said if I wanted to put a deposit on it he would dispatch a driver to get it. (The vehicle I wanted was very hard to find and several other local dealers said they couldn't find one in the entire USA) I gave him the deposit and he had the car there in a couple of days. He called and said he had good news and said the vehicle was in. He worked around my busy schedule to make the appointment to complete the sale paperwork and delivery process. I showed up with my two children ages 5 and 7 at the dealership and he was very appreciative of my time and made them comfortable in the play area while we did the paperwork. It was very fast and before I knew it we were done and in the Elantra going over setup of bluetooth and radio stations. The finance department was very easy as well. They presented several optional products (not overboard, but good quality products) and simply asked if I was interested. Again, NO PRESSURE at all to buy. While I looked over some of the details he printed all necessary paperwork and I signed (to include Hyundai financing which was better than PNC offered) and he walked me out to Nate where I loaded the kids and we were off. I can't stress how relieved I was that there were no pushy salespeople and the entire process was as smooth as I could have ever hoped for. I can guarantee that I will be referring anyone I meet that is in the market for a vehicle to them. I drove 45 mins to get to their dealership and will do so again without question. This dealership is a shining example of customer service and if you don't at least give them a chance at your business you will be missing out. I watched 5 other people leave with smiles on their face in new vehicles while I was there. Their price was better than anyone else in the DC area and they seem to be able to find anything you want. Did I mention there was no pressure? Thank you so much for your help in making this the BEST purchase experience I have ever heard of or experienced myself. It means a lot when customer service is above the sale. I would give them a 10 out of 10 for all aspects of this deal. The only downside for you is that this was MY deal not yours! I would be willing to bet that you will get the same treatment I did if you visit them. All this and I haven't even told you the best thing. The PRICE was INCREDIBLE. It was literally thousands less than other dealers had been quoting in the area. Keep in mind I bought one of the hottest selling cars right now, the 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The delivered price beat every competitor, even for a high demand car (Sonata Limited 2.0T with Navigation). Conrad not only provided the lowest price, he worked diligently to find the precise car we wanted, located it from another dealership and delivered it to us with no additional charge. (Other dealers said they would have to charge more for a car not on their lot). The car was delivered in immaculate condition. Our "back office" experience was also outstanding, with no pressure to purchase additional warranties or other options. Conrad briefed us on all the essential operating details, and made sure we took a test drive to ensure that the car was in perfect operating condition. I would recommend Mr. Westerman highly and without reservation. The price, purchasing experience, professional treatment, and honest communication was extraordinary. Conrad let us test drive cars, when we came in we wanted an Elantra, as we test drove it and the Sonata we switched. We drove the Sonata twice the Elantra once. There were 3 positive things that led to our purchase and our rating. Low pressure, the car, and the price. Even though another car dealer's pressure was not excessive by my standards, my daughter actually became physically ill. She was very happy with the experience at this dealer. The car itself appears to be a very good fit as opposed to the Infinity G37 we also test drove that had 33,000 miles on it for a comparable price. I'm not sure that the other criteria were so much due to the dealer as luck, since the car had very good pricing due to being a 2010 model that had a lower sticker than the 2011 models and had additional incentives. Since this dealer only had 3 Genesis Coupes to choose from and only 1 with the 3.8 6 cylinder, it was fortunate that it was the right one for us! More
