Our experience with purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai of Annapolis was excellent. We initially wanted a used Hyundai Santa Fe but after seeing the inventory we chose a new 2011 Santa Fe. This experience is a sharp contrast to our experience with Hyundai of Bowie. We live closer to Bowie so the Bowie Hyundai dealership was our first stop. My husband, son, and I were on the lot and in the lobby for more than 45 minutes and we did not receive an acknowledgement," hello" or:" we'll be with you shortly". Thank heaven Hyundai of Annapolis was superior in their customer service or we might not have purchased a Hyundai (our 1st choice). Kudos to Conrad Westerman and Scott(finance officer) who completed the deal, you restored our faith in customer service. We are confident that Hyundai of Annapolis will continue their excellent customer service and I will recommend the dealership to others who are looking to purchasing a new or used vehicle. When I initially visited the dealership everyone was friendly, but not pushy. They let me test drive the car I wanted without an obnoxiously aggressive sales pitch afterwards. Since the car I wanted - a 2011 Hyundai Elantra - was in short supply, I put down a deposit and salesperson Renny Torrance started hunting for the colors/model/features I wanted. He kept me updated about the search (it took almost a week), and then when he found the exact car I wanted - located in Brooklyn, NY - he drove one of their Elantras to NY, and traded it for the one I wanted. He then drove the car back for me, had it detailed, filled with gas, and it was ready to go. The credit process and financing was painless and quick, and I was completely pleased with the process from start to finish. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. As soon as we entered the lot my wife saw the suv she wanted. It was a Murano, LOADED!! Paul came over to help us and we told him what payment per month and what down payment we could afford. He was very knowledgeable and courtious and basically a very happy guy. He didn't pressure us at all to buy a more expensive vehicle, which is what I and my wife liked about him. We went inside and filled out the paperwork and then Scott came over and said he was waiting for a call from a bank to see if we could get a better rate. We went in and signed the papers. Scott was great and both him and Paul were very professional and I would not hesitate to do business with them again. Both of these guys are a temendous asset to your company. This was the fourth dealership that I had visited, However I wish it was the first because it was the last dealership that I would visit while searching for a Hyundai Genesis. I am in love with the vehicle, an they have some of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure in purchasing a vehicle from. I honestly wish I would have purchased my other car which is a Hyundai Sonata from Annapolis Hyundai... Two thumbs up!!! More

Conrad was great from initial contact through the internet to shaking hands after sale/purchase. Would have given 5s down but took too long to complete financial transaction. My experience with Annapolis Hyundai was fantastic from beginning to end. The price of the car was reasonable and the terms were exactly what I expected.
