Great friendly people, the kind you would like to have as your personal friends. Trustworthy, amiable, proactive, fair - a fantastic experience overall. Conrad was my immediate contact and was awesome; Mark is the pre-owned sales manager who stayed in the background unless needed and then was perfect; Gavin works the lot and so eagerly shared his personal, practical experiences and tips (as he owned the same type of vehicle that I was purchasing). These people are brilliant. You won't buy a car here and have a moment of regret. Did I mention all the little extra's, e.g. - personalized helpful attention, fabulous detailing and service of the vehicle, drove off with a full tank of gas, etc.. - just attentive to every detail. I was very pleased with my visit to annapolis hyundai. I am a newly wed and new mom-to-be who needed a bigger car. Four other dealerships basically told me it would never happen and Paul assured me he would do everything in his power to help me get what i needed. Needless to say he came through!.
