His sales manager kindly removed a large sales sticker on the vehicle to test drive. The finance department was fairly quick compared to what I have dealt with in the past. All in all I'm very pleased with the complete experience at Annapolis Hyundai. The vehicle is clean and appears to be in great shape. For my appointment, I was only able to come in after work, and the staff remained on site and open past business hours to complete the sale. Even after the paperwork was signed, Billy stayed with me until I was comfortable with the operation of the vehicle and provided me with a deatiled explanation of how to use the electronics. This dealership understands the quality and demand for their product so I was not surprised when they did not budge below the quoted e-price; I did not give a "4" on price for this reason.
