Paul took me out for another test drive, because I had fallen in love with that veloster. From the moment I stepped in the door, I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of. My wife and I ended up changing our minds after a couple days and picked not one but two cars instead of the original choice, and George was very quick to change gears and help us down this new path. The manager Scott dealt wonderfully with us during the financing and also worked some magic at the close of the purchase with extra warranties. First Hyundai purchase and wont be my last. Great place to do business and two great gentlemen to do business with. More
I've had bad experiences with car dealerships in the past where it seemed they felt they had to do a performance and run sales gimmicks (the "boss" is here so we can do things we couldn't normally do). The experience I had at this dealership was a whole different ballgame. Conrad was friendly and efficient. He knew about what he had in stock and was able to answer questions. At no time did I feel pushed into a sale - this was something I bought, not something I was sold. I assume these guys work on commission but the experience left me feeling like a non-commissioned environment. Lastly, he carefully presented some facts about the car before I drove off the lot so that I would know what to encounter before I encountered it. After deciding on a particular car, Scott was friendly and knew what to do each step of the way and worked with me on one of the promotions. It is a true relief dealing with people who know what they're doing so nobody has to guess and worry. While I believe the warranty was quite sufficient for the first 100,000 miles, with Scott's guidance, I did purchase some of the extra coverage which I'm sure will help me keep up with the maintenance. After I made my decision, I shopped around and did some more research online. Conrad was incredibly fast in responding to my questions and actually answered them via email, where as many other dealerships just told me to call them and didn't actually provide the info I was looking for. The whole dealership has been nothing but awesome and that is the reason I decided to purchase my vehicle with them. The price was also the best in the area and knowing I was in good hands with service, etc. I couldn't go wrong. Thanks to Conrad and George for the excellent service and keep up the great work. I love my new vehicle and have already made recommendations to others to shop with you! More
I knew I wanted to buy an Elantra and live in Annapolis, so I wanted to buy from this dealer. I shopped around and Annapolis Hyundai was able to beat all other dealer prices. I spent less then 2 hours from the first visit when I told Paul what I wanted to the day I drove my Elantra off the lot. Paul was able to find me the exact Elantra I wanted and had it clean and ready for me when I came in to finish the purchase. Paul and Scott were very professional and friendly. This review is long overdue, but I wanted to say that Paul Brookman was fantastic to work with. He does not put the pressure on even though he had me as a captured audience in traffic for an hour! His memory is great for customers when I returned a few months later for my first oil change. I was not excited about the prospect of haggling over prices and I have done it once before, but working with Paul made the experience tolerable...dare I say even good. I was treated with respect and treated as someone who is well informed, which is way more than I can say for the other dealerships I visited in the area. Annapolis Hyundai, in general, produced the best deal of all the offers I could find. I wish more car salesmen were like Paul. I did not need financing from the dealership, but I did talk to one guy (Eric?) about financing and he also was very respectful and probably would have worked through him if I needed financing. Bottom line, I would definitely buy from Annapolis Hyundai again and recommend others to go there for a great buying experience. More
