I brought my vehicle in for a warranty problem, the service manager after looking at the oil determined that my vehicle has been abused and would not be covered under warranty. I offered to bring in oi service manager after looking at the oil determined that my vehicle has been abused and would not be covered under warranty. I offered to bring in oil change receipts and proof of purchase for oil filters purchased and installed by me. He told me that would not be necessary.(he basically called me a liar. after removing my car from the dealership i took it to a master mechanic. we discovered that the reason the oil was sludged due to a head gasket leak which introduced antifreeze into the engine and caused the sludge and probably spun a bearing. when i asked them to diagnose the problem at the dealership the only thing i got was a bill for 132 dollars and was told i needed a new engine at a cost of 5000dollars for a used one or 7000dollars for a rebuilt one. no pressure testing was to determine what caused the problem , as a matter of fact no tests were done at all. worst service department i have ever dealt with More

My second choice was a white Tucson Limited, my first was a Chai Bronze Tucson Limited. Conrad Westerman went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I had been working with him on line for a couple of weeks trying to find a new Elantra in a particular color. While I did not get t to help me out. I had been working with him on line for a couple of weeks trying to find a new Elantra in a particular color. While I did not get the color I originally wanted (and that wasn't because he didn't try - seems like no dealership could get me the Desert Bronze Elantra Limited)- I absolutely love the Titanium Gray Metallic Elantra I purchased. Mr. Westerman was extremely patient with me and all of my crazy questions. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of while I was there. The price was also better than any other dealership I had been in contact with. Scott Warren was great also. He made me feel extremely comfortable doing all of the paperwork. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 14 years so I was nervous about purchasing a new car and Mr. Warren calmed all of my fears. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to other people.
