I contacted approximately 20 dealers to bid for the most competitive prices, and this dealership provide made the process straightforward and simple. I contacted approximately 20 dealers to bid for the most competitive prices, and this dealership provided the best one. I dwindled my choices to two top dealers, and I chose Conrad just by his professionalism and attitude. The other dealer offered a relatively competitive price for another color I wanted, but I dropped them due to the salesman's condescending attitude. Customer service and competitive pricing were the main reasons I bought the car from Annapolis Hyundai through Conrad. I was very pleased with my visit to annapolis hyundai. I am a newly wed and new mom-to-be who needed a bigger car. Paul was very helpful our search and when I told him what I was looking for He went and got am a newly wed and new mom-to-be who needed a bigger car. I went in knowing what i needed to pay for a new car and also what I needed to get for my trade-in in order to be able to drive away with the 2012 Santa Fe I had my eye on. Four other dealerships basically told me it would never happen and Paul assured me he would do everything in his power to help me get what i needed. Needless to say he came through!. Not only was everyone pleasant and helpful, but Paul and his team honestly tried to help me get what I needed instead of just them getting a sale. I would reccomend this dealership to EVERYONE! and I am so happy with my 2012 Santa Fe. More

This weekend my wife and I set out to buy a certified used car, we were told by friends to check out Hyundai because they have great warranties. We went to Hyundai of Annapolis late sunday afternoon, up used car, we were told by friends to check out Hyundai because they have great warranties. We went to Hyundai of Annapolis late sunday afternoon, upon exiting the car we were greeted by paul brookman. He was very nice and sincere, we told him what we were looking for then he tried to accommodate our needs. We originally came in looking for a certified used vechile, but realizing that within our budget we would only be able to look at a base model, Paul did some research. He talked with the manager and the next thing we knew he was taking us out to see a brand new 2012 Hyundai Accent fully loaded. It was a really nice looking car and he said he could get it within our price range. We took it for a test drive and loved it. Afterwards he went back with finance and his manager to discuss the terms we had given him. He constantly came back making sure we were ok, offered us coffee, and talked with us about life in general which was really nice. Needless to say we left that day with a 2012 Hyundai Accent, it was within our budget range and the service was outstanding. Paul was a great salesman, he was sincere, genuine, kind and did not play games with you. I would recommend this dealer and salesman to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Not to mention I am still blown away by the quality of the new Hyundai vehicles, they really pack the most bang for your buck. More
My son bought a certfied used Hyundai from this dealership 5 months ago (GREAT experience!!) He also bought the Platinum extended warranty at the same time. Yesterday he went to start his car and dealership 5 months ago (GREAT experience!!) He also bought the Platinum extended warranty at the same time. Yesterday he went to start his car and the battery was dead. He jumped it and it was fine the rest of the day but when he came out this morning it would not start again. We made an appointment with service to get the battery checked. When he arrived he spoke with Adam and Adam informed him that if it needed a new battery it would be $115 (discounted price under warranty). I had already checked and a new battery at the auto store was $100 so my son told Adam that if it was the battery he would not have them replace it (he is a young college student with not much money). Adam proceeded to tell him that of he had it tested and it was the battery that he would be charged $135 (for the "free" battery test) and that if he had it tested for anything else he would also be charged at least $135 and probably more if it was not covered under the warranty. My son then drove 30 minutes back home and I drove it to AutoZone who does a truly free battery and alternator test. Bothe the battery and the alternator tested fine so I guess i need to take the car back there myself and see if they will repair what is wrong under the warranty or if my son paid $1600 for a worthless warranty. Bottom line ... great if you are buying a car from them but avoid the service department at all costs!!! More
