This new car turned out to have a bad fuse connection and wouldn't start on multiple occasions. Conrad came over to my work location to assist, and ensured a rental car was available when he drove me back to the dealership. My car was towed there as well and it took Maintenance less than 10 minutes to fix the problem. While I was not thrilled about a bad fuse on a brand new car, I was EXTREMELY PLEASED by how Conrad and the Annapolis Hyundai dealership handled things. Outstanding customer support. More
I took delivery of my new black Genesis at night and did not notice that the front end had been damaged. The bumper and quarter panel had been touched up by someone prior to Annapolis Hyundai getting the c not notice that the front end had been damaged. When I brought the issue to the dealer's attention they did the right thing, set me up in a loaner and sent my car to the body shop to be properly repaired. (Fender was removed straightened and repainted, and the front bumper was replaced). The dealer certainly lost money on my sale given that they didn't realize the damage when they took delivery of the vehicle from the other dealer, but clearly took responsibility and did right by me when I pointed out the damage. You can buy with confidence that Annapolis Hyundai will stand by the deal that they make. More

Though it was very late in the afternoon, Mr. Adam Rue went out of his way to repair my car quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I was on the road again much more quickly than I ever would have expected and was able to continue on to my home in Chincoteague, Virginia without further incident. Mr. Rue impressed me with his professionalism, and I was able to save the expense and inconvenience of an unexpected layover two hours away from home. Kudos to Mr. Rue and the staff at Annapolis Hyundai. More
We were shopping for a new car to lease. Mr. Sadtler met us at the door and did everything all sales people do only better. He is friendly without the car salesman glad-handing as well as being competent and capable. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and positive but we find Mr. Sadtler to be in a class of his own. I needed a not too expensive, fairly new vehicle with low mileage. Dani Owenby was extremely helpful in finding what I needed. She is very friendly and has a very cheerful attitude which makes car buying easier than I expected. I bought my last car from Annapolis Hyundai, a 2003 Elantra GT, and have had a very good experience with it. It had over 187,000 miles on it when I sold it and was still running great. I would recommend Dani as a sale rep and Annapolis Hyundai for anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
We found the car we wanted online. When we went there they showed us that car and not a bunch of more expensive vehicles. The price we negotiated was the price we paid and there were no surprises. I am a single mom who was looking to trade in my 2008 Ford Escape for something more stylish and up-to-date. I didn't even end up buying the car that day because of financing issues but Renny and Scott (fianancing) were able to work with my unusual situation and get me the car I wanted (Tucson GLS) at the price I needed for my budget. When we were deciding which car to buy we did a test-drive with Paul Brookman. It was the hottest day of the year but he stood outside and answered all our questions. He was the most knowledgeable of all the sales people we dealt with and we were impressed with the dealership. However it took us a long time to decide to buy. Paul kept in touch politely but not in an annoying way. After several months we decided what we wanted to buy and I contacted all the local dealerships for quotes. Paul was able to match the lowest price even though he had to work with another dealership to get the car. It was easy to communicate with him. He never made false promises and when we got to the dealership he did not try to raise the price, everything about the car was as promised. Annapolis Hyundai is smaller than a lot of dealerships which is great because the people there know each other and can help out. For instance, one time I called and Paul was helping someone but the receptionist was able to answer my question. Also, you will not be standing around waiting for someone to help you. Scott Warren, the finance manager, was super-fast. He was even able to give us an official registration and real tags, no temporary tags, not waiting for them to come, no hassle! More

Great friendly people, the kind you would like to have as your personal friends. Trustworthy, amiable, proactive, fair - a fantastic experience overall. Conrad was my immediate contact and was awesome; Mark is the pre-owned sales manager who stayed in the background unless needed and then was perfect; Gavin works the lot and so eagerly shared his personal, practical experiences and tips (as he owned the same type of vehicle that I was purchasing). These people are brilliant. You won't buy a car here and have a moment of regret. Did I mention all the little extra's, e.g. - personalized helpful attention, fabulous detailing and service of the vehicle, drove off with a full tank of gas, etc.. - just attentive to every detail.
