I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Tuscon and worked closely with George Sparks. The clean and welcoming atmosphere of the dealership is what drew me in, but working with George is what really made me stay with Hyun George Sparks. George was knowledgeable, approachable, friendly, and most of all trustworthy. He had my best interest, needs, and wants of the car in mind from start to finish. He wasn't pushy and even came in on his day off to work through our deal, which was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend George and Hyundai Annapolis to anyone in the market for a new or used car! More
I brought my vehicle in for a warranty problem, the service manager after looking at the oil determined that my vehicle has been abused and would not be covered under warranty. I offered to bring in oi service manager after looking at the oil determined that my vehicle has been abused and would not be covered under warranty. I offered to bring in oil change receipts and proof of purchase for oil filters purchased and installed by me. He told me that would not be necessary.(he basically called me a liar. after removing my car from the dealership i took it to a master mechanic. we discovered that the reason the oil was sludged due to a head gasket leak which introduced antifreeze into the engine and caused the sludge and probably spun a bearing. when i asked them to diagnose the problem at the dealership the only thing i got was a bill for 132 dollars and was told i needed a new engine at a cost of 5000dollars for a used one or 7000dollars for a rebuilt one. no pressure testing was to determine what caused the problem , as a matter of fact no tests were done at all. worst service department i have ever dealt with More
My second choice was a white Tucson Limited, my first was a Chai Bronze Tucson Limited. When I went to pick up the white, which was the only one they could find, they surprised me by having both cars side b a Chai Bronze Tucson Limited. I finally figured out exactly what I wanted but a few other hyundai dealerships were unable to find the car and were trying to get me to settle on something I didn't want. I finally was recommended Bill Nash by a friend. Within an hour, he found the car and by the end of the day it was at his lot. 2 days later I made the 1 hr drive from Virginia to Maryland and bought the car of my dreams! I knew what I wanted and refused to settle. Not only did I get the car of my dreams but I received a great price for the car, exceptional service, and have even recevied a few calls in the weeks following my purchase to make sure I was satisfied. Conrad Westerman went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I had been working with him on line for a couple of weeks trying to find a new Elantra in a particular color. While I did not get the color I originally wanted (and that wasn't because he didn't try - seems like no dealership could get me the Desert Bronze Elantra Limited)- I absolutely love the Titanium Gray Metallic Elantra I purchased. Mr. Westerman was extremely patient with me and all of my crazy questions. I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of while I was there. The price was also better than any other dealership I had been in contact with. Scott Warren was great also. He made me feel extremely comfortable doing all of the paperwork. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in 14 years so I was nervous about purchasing a new car and Mr. Warren calmed all of my fears. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to other people. I can't want to get to work on Monday and tell everyone about my AWESOME experience with Annapolis Hyundai. Thanks guys!! More

I went into Annapolis Hyundai with the intent of just test driving to get a feel for what kind of a car I would want to buy. Paul was immediately warm and welcoming! Paul took me out for another test drive, because I had fallen in love with that veloster. From the moment I stepped in the door, I never once felt pressured or taken advantage of.
