From beginning to end, my experience at this dealer- and particularly with my salesman, Paul, was stellar! Although I arrived two hours prior to my scheduled appointment, Paul immediately met with me- he w particularly with my salesman, Paul, was stellar! Although I arrived two hours prior to my scheduled appointment, Paul immediately met with me- he was very professional and prepared for the appointment. It was less than two minutes before we were in the car and able to take the test drive I'd been looking forward to- no waiting at all! Paul was great in telling me all the details about the car as we took our drive, and he was so friendly that he even went out of his way to take me on a mini "tour" of downtown Annapolis when I mentioned I had never been there before. So, not only did I get extra time checking out the handling of the car during this extended test drive, but I also got to see the city. Once we returned to the dealership, Paul graciously allowed me to tell him all my particularly situation- making sure to listen to what I had to say, and become familiar with exactly what I wanted. He didn't waste my time with information that I wasn't interested in like I had experienced at multiple other dealers, and he didn't try to direct my attention away from what I wanted. Finally, Paul talked openly about the pricing process at this particular dealer, and was very receptive to my bottom line. He made the negotiation process completely painless and I am above and beyond pleased with the deal he was able to make for me! Since I wanted to have the car checked out at a local mechanic but didn't have insurance, Paul was amazing enough to drive me over there to have it looked at so that I could feel secure in my purchase. While it was being checked out, he got the paperwork started in order to make sure the process went smoothly and quickly for me (again, he went above and beyond to demonstrate that my time was valuable!). Another reason Paul was great was that he made sure to go over all the details about the car with me (including helping me sync my phone, etc.), and went above and beyond to make sure the car was clean, filled with gas, and ready to go. No detail was too small to be beyond his notice and attention. I would recommend the Annapolis Hyundai dealership to anyone looking for a simple, straight-forward, no hassle car buying experience. And I would HIGHLY recommend Paul as a salesman who is friendly, professional, attentive to detail, and will go above and beyond to show you that he values your time and your business! More

After doing my due diligence to find the right car at the right, and then falling for an ad at a difference dealership, who was advertising a "new car" with body damage, 3500 miles and deducting all incentiv right, and then falling for an ad at a difference dealership, who was advertising a "new car" with body damage, 3500 miles and deducting all incentives Hyundai was offering, which is virtually impossible to qualify for all three! I decided to give my local Hyundai a try. It was a great experience! Customer service was 2nd to none and they went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle. Auto dealerships have a bad rap, and the "other" dealer keeps that reputation alive. Annapolis Hyundai has eliminated that stigma. I would definitely do business with them again! More
I was referred to this dealership though someone that knew someone. I can say, I have not bought a new car in a VERY long time. I know that with the referral that I had I felt confident that I was not going to get the typical dealership rigamoroe that you would expect but what I didn't expect was to find a GREAT dealership with great staff. I went for my test drive with a gentleman named Paul, he was the BEST salesperson I have experienced in a long time. He got into the car with me, normally I like to go by myself, he was knowledgable, interested in my plight, not jus to buy a new car but to consider a new investment. He was honest, knowledgable, forthright and so much more. He was totally informed on the vehicles, dealership, warranties, his own personal experiences with Hyundai. While I was taking my test drive, I asked him professional and personal questions about the car and how he got involved into Hyundai, he knows and lives Hyundai personally which made me realize he believes in his product. I left the dealership without a certain thought of "is this the right decision?". I went to a couple other locations including other types of vehicles. Enjoyed my experiences with those as well because they were Annapolis locations as well BUT I can say it was Paul's knowledge and ownership of the product that impressed me. Paul Brookman was, in my opinion, full service all the way. It's been two-three weeks sinceI bought my car and he is just as passionate of me being his customer as the day he sold me the car. Another note, Billy, in the finance department manager was a hoot. He is fair, honorable and treated me well, recommended the best options for ME, not the dealership. In addition to that he told me of options that would be beneficial to my vehicle that wasn't going to cost much more. He was a super saver along with a super sales/finance person. I didn't feel as if he was up selling me in anyway. In the long run, he explained my options and made the choice mine. Gave me all the information I needed to make the best decision for me and my needs. This experience of buying a new car was beyond my expectations!!!!! I would recommend them and the staff to anyone that I know or anyone even interested in considering a vehicle. I live a bit away from the dealership but will continue with them going forward become I feel like I am now a part of their "Hyundai Family" and they were worth the distance. The service continues with this dealership and Paul Brookman, I know that if I need anything, they will be there. More

Having bought my last car 10 yrs ago, a 2002 Ford Explorer, that now has 200k miles, I wanted to get a car that was just right. I narrowed it down to the Sante Fe; my husband required it be a V6 with good gas mileage, and I wanted the heated seats, sunroof, AWD and hatch area. We went by Annapolis Hyundai to finally see and test drive the vehicle we chose. It was a matter of minutes that Scott walked up introduced himself and started talking to us. From that time on that's what we all did, we just talked. We never felt a sale was trying to be made, just talked about what we learned from our research and Scott talked about what features the different models and years had. Scott let us know that a certified Sante Fe was coming to the dealership in a couple of days that we might be interested in. He kept in touch, we came back, took it for a test drive and loved it. I made the appt to come back on the weekend to buy. Being able to make the appointment continued the good experience of not feeling we were being sold to. Billy Sadtler worked really close with the details and made the purchase easy. He listened and helped me make the best choices. I was happy that the options could be tailored for my needs. To know that if I need to leave my car there for a day I would be given a courtesy car. How convenient. The dealership left me with good feeling, knowing that I could call and if Scott's not available, I can talk to Billy or the the other way around. The dealership has a close feeling. I feel very satisfied with the customer service and happy to know I didn't just buy a car and that's it but that I left feeling that they were happy to help me find the best car for me and know that they want to stand behind their commitment to good service.
