Paul is Awesome...don't go to the other guys! I had a horrible experience with another Hyundai dealership. That person kept trying to tell me I didn't need the car I wanted ("but you are so short I had a horrible experience with another Hyundai dealership. That person kept trying to tell me I didn't need the car I wanted ("but you are so short, you don't need that car"), talking me out of options I wanted ("you don't even need AWD"), wouldn't let me drive the car I wanted and would not talk numbers without my husband present ("Is your husband allowing you to buy this car?")(He REALLY said that!) I had a totally different experience with Annapolis Hyundai! Paul was awesome. I didn't feel pressured. I walked out feeling I got a very fair price. I got a car I loved (the size and options I wanted!). I would definitely recommend others to go see Paul! His approach to "selling" me a car was more like a good friend discussing cars with me. 3rd purchase from this dealership. I have never found the experience of buying a car a pleasure but I like to have a newer car so it's something I go through everything 3 or 4 years. My experience with Hyundai and Annapolis Hyundai has been better than any other dealership I've dealt with. I liked my sales person right away. The show room has snacks, drinks and a TV so that helps as I always seem to be there during dinner hour! The service dept has always been on time and kept me informed and that's nice since I do not want to be without my car one hour longer than needed. I have and will continue to buy another Hyundai and send my friends in. More
