We interacted with both the new car manager (Shawn) and used car manager (Shawn), sales personnel (Malcolm and Scott), finance (Kenny) and even the service manager (Ryan). They all give you the time, information, and support necessary to make the best decisions. Very honest and genuine staff who care about the customer and experience received. We bought a new Hyundai Sonata which we love; arriving at this vehicle purchase spanned across 6 dealerships and I have to say none of the others compare to Annapolis Hyundai. Quick and easy used car buying experience. Our Tucson search started 2 weeks prior to visiting Annapolis Hyundai. Our 1st dealership visit gave us the price once we got there. To expensive. 2nd Our Tucson search started 2 weeks prior to visiting Annapolis Hyundai. Our 1st dealership visit gave us the price once we got there. To expensive. 2nd dealership, the car was nice except it was in an accident. And I had to tell them that. 3rd dealership had no "certified" Tucson's. And it would cost an additional $695.00. The 4th dealership forgot to mention that the car had been smoked in and they would certify it for an additional $1000.00. Holy Cow...My wife's exhausting search found another one at Annapolis Hyundai. With the help of Scott and Chris we drove away that evening in our pre-owner certified Tucson. More
