She is my neighbor and just was elated about me visiting. I was directed to a nice young gentelman. He walked in and told Mr. Brookman, "No, no, no, I'll go somewhere else, I'm leaving," and so on. NOT an easy sale, but at the end he said Yes to the car. Mr. Brookman was calm, easy and kept smiling. Wow. I will recommend Mr. Brookman to friends especially those with husbands like mine. More
