Keep in mind this is just a receptionist sort of interaction, but she was super responsive and was very accommodating. I have odd hours at work and I jokingly said fit me with the "nicest salesperson". Enter Paul Brookman. He was indeed nice and worked very well with me. I filled out the online finance application, as well got an online payment option from my bank. Saves a lot of time. Upon entering the dealership, time start to finish was less than an hour and a half. I drove off lot with my new 2016 Hyundai Accent, happy as a clam! All this and I live in Middle River which is about an hour-ish drive. Go buy your next Hyundai here! More

We interacted with both the new car manager (Shawn) and used car manager (Shawn), sales personnel (Malcolm and Scott), finance (Kenny) and even the service manager (Ryan). They all give you the time, information, and support necessary to make the best decisions. Very honest and genuine staff who care about the customer and experience received. We bought a new Hyundai Sonata which we love; arriving at this vehicle purchase spanned across 6 dealerships and I have to say none of the others compare to Annapolis Hyundai. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all and am sure we will be back in the future. More
