Paul didn't rush us or pressure us. Instead he gave us information about improvements Hyundai made in the new Santa Fe since we owned one 3 years ago. He stayed late to put the tags on the car after we completed the financing paperwork, gave me a tutorial on the features of the car the next day, and even helped me set up the BlueLink app on my phone to remote start the car.
