Mr. Brookman was an exceptional sales person. Our negotiation was based on mutual respect, transparency and a fresh dose of honesty. He made every effort to satisfy our interests and was incredibly knowledgable, answering every question we had along the way. He made a commitment to us, as new customers, and consistently exceeded our expectations. Literally, we couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful salesperson.
