Awesome Car Salesman I had a great experience with Scott Kinsley. I had test driven the same vehicle at Bob Bell Hyundai in Glen Burnie and did not have nearly the same bu I had a great experience with Scott Kinsley. I had test driven the same vehicle at Bob Bell Hyundai in Glen Burnie and did not have nearly the same buying experience as I had at Annapolis. My salesman at Bob Bell did not practice good hygiene and was eating pizza while showing me a car... I could tell he was taking advantage of me with the asking price from the beginning. My parents recommended calling Scott in Annapolis because they had just purchased a Santa Fe a months before. He was professional but spoke to me like an old friend over the phone which is something I really appreciated. There's nothing I hate more than a salesman but to find one who acts like a human being is a game changer. After Bob Bell found out I went to Annapolis, they quickly dropped my asking price dramatically but I continued with my Sale in Annapolis because of how I was treated there. I know that if I ever need any help in the future, I can call Scott for assistance and he will take care of me. I didn't feel like I would get the same service in Glen Burnie. Thank you, Scott! More

Well, I was a little let down after finishing with salesman During my lease all wasn't made fully clear to me, because I asked was everything included ,asking about the service package for the car. I was told yes, in Fin. there was more money added to complete the lease and have the service package, This dealer was referred to me and they said their was all included with the salesman and when they got to the Fin. office, it was the same figure they completed with the salesman, that is why I asked the question, I didn't want anything changing when I got to the next stop. I was trying to keep my monthly note certain amount,. Now, I had not totally completed everything on Friday night because I needed to bring in a balance and the Lien clearance on my car of Saturday morning, On Sat. morning, I brought in a Cashier's check for more than I had said to help lower my note and was told no, my paperwork was already sent in so, They credited back some of the money I had put down on Friday. Now if the deal was closed, How can you credit me money, If... you found that I owned more you would have gotten that straight closed or not, but for me wanting something straighten out.......just feel like taking the car back I have so many other deals just seem a little one sided.. . More

What no hassle, What no Hassling... Really, no hassle. One Hyundai dealership within 10 min. drive from my house, two dealerships within a 20 min. drive and we chose to drive 15 miles to Annapolis Hyundai One Hyundai dealership within 10 min. drive from my house, two dealerships within a 20 min. drive and we chose to drive 15 miles to Annapolis Hyundai to purchase my second Hyundai vehicle. My first was from one of the previous mentioned dealerships, and I had no plans to ever buy another vehicle at anyone of those places. Annapolis Hyundai was a completely fresh and enjoyable experience. I am sure and satisfied that I made the right choice and got a great deal, along with being treat like a customer should feel in the end. The entire staff along with Shawn & Kenneth have to be commended. Can't wait till its time to buy my next car. More
