We found a couple of cars we liked, but by the time we were ready to pull the trigger, both had sold (our bad!). Paul helped find an alternative that ended up being a better fit for our needs. Shawn Ritter (Sales Manager) was able to work with us to make the numbers. In the end, we got a GREAT car at a GREAT price. The purchasing and loan processing went unbelievably smooth (Tricia Pruitt). She explained things well and shared various options for extended care, hazard protection, and such. She did a great job explaining the options without strong-arm tactics. Honestly, it was probably the best purchasing experience I've ever had. I will definitely be back the next time I need a car. We ended up with a Hyundai GT. It's a great ride. Looking forward to a couple of long trips over the next few weeks! Thanks again to Annapolis Hyundai. You did a great job and worked hard to make it a successful endeavor!!! Oh.. and one more thing... when my phone was at 1%, one of the other sales reps offered his charger. Got me back up to 15% and enough to make it home. Just one more example of how they were looking out for me today! More

I am really glad I took him up on the invitation to go to the dealership and check out what they had to offer. I worked directly with Paul Brookman, who did a great job facilitating the sale. Unlike other salespeople I have dealt with in the past, he was very patient as I test drove the car, telling me that he wanted me to be sure that I was completely happy with the vehicle before we went forward with the sale. Kenny Pursley exceeded my expectations by finding me the right financing deal with a really great interest rate. He carefully explained to me all the payment options, but he didn't push. Overall, their main concern was that I was completely comfortable with the transaction. I am already sold on Hyundai's product line. Annapolis Hyundai made buying my favorite cars even more pleasurable. If you are in the market for a Hyundai, I highly recommend that you see these folks first. More

1 terrible salesman!!! I sent a request for more information about a car and Paul followed up via email and phone calls several times (that's fine). I sent him an email saying I test drove the car at another location and therefore, I was no longer interested in the car. I received 1 more phone call and 1 more email in which I replied to stating that I sent an email 3 days prior and was no longer interested in the car for the aforementioned reasons. Subsequently, Paul promptly responded to my email in the most unprofessional manner. The email began with "I also emailed you and informing you that...", followed by "Go ahead ---, call me arrogant...", and then, "But you have the internet...went and test drove ...and are still uninformed about your options." He then directed me to this site to so I could all the 'great' reviews about him. I will never recommend him to anyone, ever, and unfortunately, will likely never go to or recommend this dealership either. More
