We contacted Annapolis Hyundai & dealt with their internet sales Mgr, Chris Zook. He was super-responsive replying quickly & digging up the answers to our many questions. We wrapped up the deal & Kenny, their Finance Mgr., had all the paper work ready to go so we were in & out pretty quickly. Both of them were highly competent, well versed in their jobs so it made the experience as painless as buying a car can be - that's an accomplishment in its own rite! Jacob, in service, took care of getting the car inspected and was very responsive in having the car ready on time, which was all part of the smooth transaction. - Great Teamwork!! More
