Of all the dealers in 100 miles, Scott Kinsley was the only person who gave me exactly what I asked for, that being one number and it happened to be t Of all the dealers in 100 miles, Scott Kinsley was the only person who gave me exactly what I asked for, that being one number and it happened to be the lowest number of all dealers. Other dealers gave me a bunch of BS then tried to tell me what a great deal I had. Some dealers give me a price with all the incentives included in the price then I needed to add the money back to the price because I did not qualify for the incentives. Scott prepared all the paperwork prior to my arrival so there was very little I needed to do, or fill out forms. I've spent as much as three hours with dealers finishing the buy. This process was less than half. If your business model is exactly what Scott did, you will have a lot of customers and a lot of referrals and repeat customers. Can't say enough good things about Scott, a mature sales person without the BS. Thank you Scott! Don't retire I may need to do this again!!!! Hyundai of Annapolis has risen over and beyond for their customers, I was treated just like family. After going to a couple other dealerships and test driving vehicles I was disappointed with the way other dealerships were conducting business and trying to push me into a vehicle I didn't really need and drown me in a huge car payment, after that disappointing experience I walked into Hyundai of Annapolis and was immediately welcomed and treated with the respect I deserved. After test driving a couple vehicles I decided on trading my 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited for a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited. The vehicle had everything I wanted and needed. Trey Wilson, my salesman, answered every question I had and was extremely polite and made sure I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family if they want the best car buying experience. The sales manager Shawn Ritter was extremely helpful and found me the perfect vehicle at the best price possible and even got me approved with a lower interest rate than I expected. I cant speak highly enough about my experience and the treatment I received from these two gentleman and I will never step foot into another dealership!!! They have a customer for life now.
