Horrible Experience and Customer Service I came to Annapolis Hyndai with such high expectations on buying a new vehicle from Paul Brookman, but felt his customer service was awful and him act I came to Annapolis Hyndai with such high expectations on buying a new vehicle from Paul Brookman, but felt his customer service was awful and him actually debating with my wife and I about the price of the vehicle was the worst experience that we have had in a while. We actually did the research on the vehicle before we arrived there and saw the Internet price but was told that price is with all the incentives which we didn't qualify for. The salesman then proceeded to go back in forth with the manager in his office to negotiate the price of the vehicle for us and it was still higher than expected and instead of saying well let's look at some other vehicles he insisted that this might just might be too much car for us. By the way all the while he was smiling in our faces and the only rsason why was because he had a sign behind us stating and I quote "Smile because you have too". More

Friendly and Professional Sales Team I have to say that it was a painless experience compared to previous times I have had to purchase a car. I was not bombarded when I got out of my car which took away a lot of the stress and anxiety that I had. I was greeted with a friendly hello from Shawn. He was very informative, professional and within minutes of talking he knew what I was looking for and stuck within my budget. He pointed out a car that I never thought I would like and quickly love. When it came time to make the decision to stick with a Hyundai brand (yes, I was looking at other 'makes' at the time) Shawn assured me that I was making the right decision. Shaw was GREAT!!
