Hyundai of Annapolis has risen over and beyond for their customers, I was treated just like family. After going to a couple other dealerships and test driving vehicles I was disappointed with the way other dealerships were conducting business and trying to push me into a vehicle I didn't really need and drown me in a huge car payment, after that disappointing experience I walked into Hyundai of Annapolis and was immediately welcomed and treated with the respect I deserved. After test driving a couple vehicles I decided on trading my 2013 Hyundai Elantra Limited for a new 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited. The vehicle had everything I wanted and needed. Trey Wilson, my salesman, answered every question I had and was extremely polite and made sure I was comfortable and happy with every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to all my friends and family if they want the best car buying experience. The sales manager Shawn Ritter was extremely helpful and found me the perfect vehicle at the best price possible and even got me approved with a lower interest rate than I expected. I cant speak highly enough about my experience and the treatment I received from these two gentleman and I will never step foot into another dealership!!! They have a customer for life now. This dealership excels at customer service and the sale process. Five Stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

2017 Santa Fe Sport Chris was terrific, no pressure at all. We were coming from out of state after another dealer backed out of the deal.
