He was incredibly friendly, and went out of his way to answer my very specific questions. We had mentioned that we bought from Chris Zook previously, and without hesitation Scott turned us over to him. I expected there might be a "fight" for our sale, but not at all. Chris was just as awesome as our first time, and the entire dealership made us feel totally comfortable. I had a 7 month old who needed to nurse, and I never once felt shamed. I wish all places respected me as much! All in all it was a great experience. I got a car I love, and we will definitely go back when we need a new car. More
