Very pleased with the entire car-buying process I did my research before going to the dealership so I knew what I was looking for. There was no haggling over price, they gave me a fair exchange on my trade-in and offered the bumper to bumper but never pressured me into anything. Everyone in the dealership made me feel comfortable and in charge of the whole interaction. The personnel I dealt with were knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I have been utilizing the Service Department for approximately 2 years now and am very pleased with the way they treat me, including offering transportation any time I need routine service on my car. They are prompt and courteous. More

Would not answer questions unless I came in! I cannot say the dealership is bad, but I will not be doing business there. This is not how I buy cars I am sure he would rather talk face to face, however, I have a busy schedule and rather communicate through e-mail. To me, good customer service is doing whatever it takes to make the customer happy even if you do not agree with it all the time. Telling me because i am not buying now so he won't give me a quote isn't an excuse, but if I came in he would quote me a good deal. I have chosen a competitor who has answered all of my questions and had all the info I have given Paul. But because of this experience you have lost a customer before you had one. More
