He was never aggressive, which is probably my number one complaint when buying a car. When I finally decided on the vehicle and met Mike in person, he was extremely pleasant to work with. Shawn, the manager, was also extremely pleasant to work with. There was no pressure to purchase anything that we were not interested in and the entire process went very smoothly. Very disappointing My husband and I went on a Friday evening to look at a Hyundai Sonata. This is the first place where we were looking to buy the car and wanted to get My husband and I went on a Friday evening to look at a Hyundai Sonata. This is the first place where we were looking to buy the car and wanted to get a price. Chris Gentry, manager of Preowned Vehicles, came out and spoke to my husband and I and said that there was no point in giving us a quote because we would just take it back to the Eastern Shore and have the dealership there match the price. He "assumed" we were like others who have done this and was very rude! He would not give us the quote and at one point told us to pick up our phone, call the dealership on the Eastern Shore, get a price and he would beat it. He spoke to us in a very rude manner and my husband and I walked out. We would never again go in to this dealership after the way we were treated. More
