Here's an example of how well things went. My salesman set up an appointment for me to get the Xylon treatment for a time that suited me the most. When I showed up, the loaner car was pulled up front waiting for me. Someone came and took my new car to the garage before I even pullled out of the lot. When I came back to return the loaner car and pick up my new car, the salesman came outside with my keys so that I didn't even have to go inside to wrap things up. I felt like a VIP. . It was a breeze to discuss all of the details of the transaction via phone and email, and arrange the transfer of the vehicle from another dealer. The car arrived on time, as promised, and Charles helped to expedite the process by gathering as much information ahead of time. At arrival, we were greeted by friendly associates everywhere we turned. We were in and out in less than an hour - Charles explained every document, ensuring my understanding before signing. Kenny is efficient, detailed and handled the financial transaction with no pressure for add-ons. And even though we only spoke briefly on the phone, Shawn made a point of introducing himself, and thanking me for the business. All-around great team of associates who work to ensure you are well cared for. Highly recommend. More

Annoying sales people, won't leave you alone. The reason for my rating isn't the quality of the car, but for basically harassing me when I was there to buy the car and then when I left. I had the money to buy a new car but this was my first time doing so on my own, the sales person was friendly but when I said I wanted to talk it over first with my dad I pretty much felt mocked by 2 of the people working there for doing so, as if I should be able to think and do so on my own. Buying a car shouldn't mean you are harassed until you sign, I work in sales that's not the way to do it. After I left I decided to test drive a couple other vehicles, this was after talking it through and realizing I should see if there's better offers out there, turns out there was. But an hour after I left I had a voicemail asking if I was returning then a text message and then another. I told them I was looking at other cars. After the weekend i was texted once again asking if I was ready to buy I said no and to be removed from their list, I then received an email from some other manager and then a couple says later another email. I don't appreciate feeeling harassed into buying a car from someone, if a customer wants to think it over let them do so without making them feel incompetent. More

I did a lot of research before deciding on the car I wanted to buy, and when I made that decision, I then just wanted the best price I could get for it. My wife previously had a VW Jetta involved in the diesel cheating scandal that we sold back to VW, and I had a 2012 Ford Focus SEL that was plagued with the notorious transmission problems. Chris Zook immediately separated himself from all of the other dealers by informing my wife and I about a special deal offered by Hyundai for owners affected by the VW scandal. He worked diligently with me to stack as many of the deals as I could get on top of one another, and allowed us to apply the VW deal to both vehicles we purchased. The prices we paid for my 2017 Hyundai Tucson, and my wife's Elantra ended up saving us a total of about $6,000 versus what any of the other dealerships were offering. Honestly, dealing with Chris was the way all car buying experiences should be, and if they were no one would ever complain about having to shop for a car. More
