1st purchase of a family car. I will start by admitting that purchasing a car is far from my favorite thing to do, and this time we were doing it with our six month old. Shawn ha I will start by admitting that purchasing a car is far from my favorite thing to do, and this time we were doing it with our six month old. Shawn had just sold a car to my in-laws and with their great review we thought we would try also. The buying experience we had was Ok at best. I stopped in several times without an appointment and they had time to speak with me, but when someone else with an appointment came the appointment took precidence which is fully expected. We were serious about a vehicle and they did offer us a good deal and so I made an appointment. I had the whole family so in an attempt to keep the visit short I asked Shawn when the best time for him was. We made the appointment for that time and the family and I were there promptly. Shawn was working with another customer and we were told 5 minutes. After being ignored for 45 minutes we left. I was called by Shawn 3 hours later and apologized to. What they were offering was the best deal I had found so we agreed to come back and do the paperwork. The paperwork process went smoothly but we found some small problems with the vehicle we wanted them to fix. At the signing they agreed and assured us it would all be taken care of. Less than 24 hours of driving away we ended up in the rain and found out the vehicle had a significant leak above the right side of the windshield. We immediately called and brought the leak to their attention and they said they would look at it. We couldn't get back for a little over a week and the leak was consistent and substantial. When we brought the vehicle in for the dealershp to fix the things they promised to at signing and for them to look at the windshield, service wanted $144 to "diagnose the issue". I spoke with sales and they did waive the $144 but then service told me they couldn't replicate the problem even though they returned the vehicle to me with a wet head liner and floor . Service then told me that because the vehicle was still under the factory warranty that I should bring it there for all of the repairs promised at signing and service did none of them. I asked Shawn if the vehicle was not under the factory warranty if they would fix the water leak issue and he said they would not, even knowing it was clearly leaking before they delivered it to us. At that point it was evident dealership was great at sales, giving good deals and getting you out the door but did not stand behind what they sold. With no confidence in their service department we will not be visiting this dealership again. More
Shawn knows his stuff! I started at a Hyundai dealer in Glen Burnie. I left because the sales person did not know much about the Tucson and he didn't seem to have the time I started at a Hyundai dealer in Glen Burnie. I left because the sales person did not know much about the Tucson and he didn't seem to have the time to work with me. Shawn Lagundo, on the other hand, knows everything there is to know about the Tucson. He was very responsive to my concerns and found just the right car for me. Shawn Ritter gave me a good price and Kenny was informative about the warranties and financing. I didn't get a hard sell, just facts (and not alternative ones!). My only disappointment was the delay in getting my car, however, when the timing did not work out for me to pick up my new car, Shawn brought the car to my house. I would not hesitate to recommend Annapolis Hyundai and these great people! More

Our experience with everyone we worked with at Annapolis H We have bought many cars over the years and have had varying types of experiences doing so. Our experience with everyone we worked with at Annapolis Hyundai was wonderful. We had already done our homework, and had spoken to the General Sales Manager before we left home about what we were interested in, so arrived knowing what we wanted. We were coming from a fair distance, so we did not want someone to try to talk us into something else, or to find out that what we thought we were coming in to see was not really what they had. We quickly realized that we had nothing to be concerned about. It was about the smoothest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. From the GM to our salesperson to the finance\business person, everything was very professional and flowed like a well oiled machine. We walked out very satisfied customers and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them in the future. More
