Service Department will lie to you about your car I went to this dealership for a recall parts replacement. They called me to tell me that my brake pads needed replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I I went to this dealership for a recall parts replacement. They called me to tell me that my brake pads needed replaced and the rotors resurfaced. I had a bad experience with my previous PA Hyundai dealership trying to sell me service that was 100% unnecessary for another 40,000+ miles, so I held off on the replacement to go somewhere else a couple months later. Imagine my surprise when that service shop called me to let me know my brake pads were only a tiny bit past halfway worn and I still had quite a ways until replacement. Do your research before accepting what this service center recommends. They obviously did an adequate job with the recall parts replacement, but trying to sell a service the average person can't quickly confirm, that wasn't even close to needed is so vile. I will never return here unless I have to for a recall. More

My sales person, Greg Scairato was very knowledgeable and personable. He answered all my questions with a lot of patience. The finance manager was extremely helpful as I don't have very good credit. He got me approved for my loan and got me in and out of the paper work in record time because he knew I was on my lunch hour. I got the exact car I wanted at a price I could afford. Also, this team was knowledgeable about Hyundai vehicles, services, and features and was able to answer all questions that we had about the operation and features in the vehicle. Paul also went out of his way to make sure my 3 year-old had her own chair, and gave her a stuffed animal as a gift. Bernie's 2017 SFe Sport This is the 2nd Hyundai I have purchased from Annapolis Hyundai and both times I was treated very professionally, not pressured to buy on the first vi This is the 2nd Hyundai I have purchased from Annapolis Hyundai and both times I was treated very professionally, not pressured to buy on the first visit when I advised them that I was just beginning my search for a new car. All my questions were answered completely and honestly, and after choosing to by my cars, I was told that I could come back anytime to get help with anything on the car, such as coordinating my phone with the bluetooth system. I took advantage of this with my first car about 5 times over 4 years and was always given personal help with my issues with an attitude that treated me as a friend. I believe I got a very fair price for my trades and the new cars and could readily recommend this dealer and sales personnel. They also introduced me to the head of the service department who informed me that they have loaner cars when I get service, or can take me home and pick me up. They also accept other dealers coupons for service and wash the car after service before returning it to me. Cool. More

It's the smoothest experience that I ever had at a dealership and they all went out of their way to be helpful. As a woman, they treated me with respect, which was a refreshing change to have at a car dealership. More
