Warning Light on dash after each Gas fill-up I was very disappointed when I had to take my 2016 Plug-In Sonata back to this dealer 6 times to get a pesky warning light to not light up after each I was very disappointed when I had to take my 2016 Plug-In Sonata back to this dealer 6 times to get a pesky warning light to not light up after each gas fill-up. This problem took 6 months and many trips back to this dealer to have them reset it and order me a new gas tank fill neck. This did not solve my problem. I finally solved it myself by disregarding the warning to NOT tighten the gas cap past one click. After one click the gas cap does Not seal. so I gave the gas cap another hard twist and solved my problem. this caused me a lot of worry and time in the dealer's service Dept. I thought I had a Lemon? I have put 46,000 miles on this car in a year and a half. Runs great with about 45 MPG but it does not have a spare tire and I have had 2 flats? Service too expensive $$$$. Love Jacob the Service desk guy. Not so the service Manager! More
Typical sales scam I called for a new vehicle that got listed online for $13,000. Mr. Greg explained to me that the internet price is not the real proce because of taxes I called for a new vehicle that got listed online for $13,000. Mr. Greg explained to me that the internet price is not the real proce because of taxes on add-ons, which we both agreed on, and after couple of phone calls we agreed he can get me the vehicle for $ 15,160 out of pocket and out the door. When we agreed on the price, i let Mr. Greg to run my credit. And ofcourse after he did run my credit he told me that it is $15,160 plus fees and taxes that adds over $3,000 on top of the ammount that we agreed. Typical sales scam. I was not expecting this from a dealer that i rhought i can trust. Worst experience ever! More
