I feel you vote with your business and I am so glad i can vote yes in this circumstance. I can only give the price a four star because paying over $20, 000 for anything reminds me my parents first house cost less. More

Great Salesperson!!! Charles M. I spent weeks looking for a car for my daughter and didn't really care of where it was....just had to be the right car. As I pulled in Charles was the I spent weeks looking for a car for my daughter and didn't really care of where it was....just had to be the right car. As I pulled in Charles was there to greet me and my daughter and asked if he could of assist us with anything. I told him what we were looking for and it happened to be this vehicle just arrived at the dealership just a day prior. So not info was really k own yet, however Charles did seem to know some about the car. The car looked great in and out. Drove it and all. Charles was not about pushing the car on me, I love that!! He was very personal about the visit. There were a few back and forth instances on price agrement... normal occurance at dealerships. Regardless he spent a long time for me to wait on an answer from my accountant and as prior car salesperson I know he had another set of people looking at another car in which I understood. He did come back and check on us every 10 min or so to make sure we were refreshed with food and drink or anything we needed. I love that type of salesperson and was very happy to deal with Charles. He is an asset to your dealership. What a great guy!! My family thanks you Charles and Annapolis Hyundai for a great experience and car. We will be back! Great Customer Service!!! We thought we were purchaseing a used car but Charles set us up with a new car for only 1500$ and we couldn’t say no. Really appreciated how they accommodated our needs and went out of their way to meet our timeline. We also appreciated the price transparency. We didn’t have to deal with haggleing because we got a fair price right from the start. More
