Good, but could be better My wife and I bought a 2019 Santa Fe Unlimited - with every feature we could get in it. The car is awesome! However, the dealership couldn't locate ou My wife and I bought a 2019 Santa Fe Unlimited - with every feature we could get in it. The car is awesome! However, the dealership couldn't locate our second key, there was a small scratch int he drivers door and the cargo cover wasn't in the vehicle. Adam was GREAT! He promised to have this all remedied when we come to get our metal plates. Just wished they had a better system to keep track of their keys and accessories; just seemed a bit disorganized. Evelyn, the finance person, was really nice and pleasant as well - She understood that I wasn't interested in some of the extras and didn't put the hard sell on me. As a buyer, I really appreciate the comfort to know I'm not being pressured to buys something I don't need or wants. I have to admit, the dealership was chaos because it was the last day they were open before Christmas and they were planning to close early that evening. They stayed late to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted and were able to go home with it. Adam was on point with the follow up to ensure my experience was pleasant and that all the technology features were working appropriately. More

Great service! I stopped by this dealership because the under carriage pan came loose. The foreman of service took the time to bolt it back to the under carriage and I stopped by this dealership because the under carriage pan came loose. The foreman of service took the time to bolt it back to the under carriage and put the proper air pressure in my tires at no charge. He did notice that my front breaks we getting to the danger zone and offered to take care of it right away or for me to get it done soon. I opted to have it taken care of right away. He was very nice to work with. I think the labor charges are high but it could be a standard rate at dealerships. I would return to this dealership and recommend them to others. More

Great service, no pressure Prior to owning a Hyundai I would always go to non-dealer car mechanics to get my oil changed, and every single time they would find some random issue Prior to owning a Hyundai I would always go to non-dealer car mechanics to get my oil changed, and every single time they would find some random issue with my car that would cost hundreds or even thousands to repair. When I would attempt to opt out of this repair they would try to scare or pressure me into getting it done. Even when I bought my brand new Hyundai, and went to one of these locations for my first oil change, they still found something extra wrong with my vehicle. It was then that I decided to start going to the dealership in Annapolis. Not only is the price of an oil change lower, but they NEVER try to pressure me into any extra services, which I really appreciate. On occasion, they'll even return my car vacuumed and washed (which is always an extra perk). I have been going to Hyundai Annapolis ever since! More
