The envelope had EXACTLY what I needed done I dropped my car off on a Sunday night, because I had to catch a flight early Monday morning. I was scheduled to be gone for four days and didn't need I dropped my car off on a Sunday night, because I had to catch a flight early Monday morning. I was scheduled to be gone for four days and didn't need my car. There were simple things that need to get done. When I dropped the car off in the over night drop, I wrote on the envelope that I needed my first oil change, the paint on my handle to be fixed (I bought a brand new car with paint scratches on the handle - pretty minor), attach my metal license plates, and provide the cargo cover that I didn't receive the evening I purchased the car. On the fourth day of having my car, I returned from my trip and drove straight from BWI to the dealership to pick my vehicle up. The service counter told me that my oil change was all done.... that was it. NOTHING ELSE WAS COMPLETED! They decided to pass the buck to the GM/Sales department, that's the first mistake. When I wrote the on the envelope what was to be done, they should have done it. Its not the GMs fault nor the salesmen. The SERVICE DEPARTMENT clearly needs to learn to READ. This is completely unacceptable and those service workers need training or new employment immediately. The will NEVER touch my car again and I will never let a person from my network have a service done there... EVER. This all happen after I was gone on a work trip, came home on Valentines Day - when I had dinner reservations, that I missed but thankfully the restaurant doesn't conduct business like this terrible ran service department. More

Easy and pleasant car shopping! I have visited Annapolis Hyundai a few times (with others buying cars and now buying one for myself). Every experience has been great. Paul Brookman is Amazing and the Others were Great Too! I first talked to Paul Brookman in September, 2018. I had been waiting for an Ioniq Hybrid for 5 months. The dealership that I had been working wit I first talked to Paul Brookman in September, 2018. I had been waiting for an Ioniq Hybrid for 5 months. The dealership that I had been working with never returned my calls or seemed interested in having my business. In frustration I began calling every dealership that we could travel to in one day. I told everyone the same thing: The first person who gets the car that I want gets my business. There were some dealerships that made honest efforts but no one was like Paul. From the moment he began talking, I knew that it would be Paul who got me my car. He had confidence, contacts at Hyundai and he really wanted my business. I told Paul what I wanted and he said that he would get back to me. I knew that when Paul called me back and said that I had to pick a different interior color, we were finally getting our car. While all of the other dealerships stopped calling, Paul always answered my emails or called to keep me up-to-date. All of our interactions were on the telephone or by email; we never met and we never discussed a price. When we finally did meet it was like we had known each other forever. It was all very comfortable and relaxed. My husband, who had had no contact with Paul liked him immediately. We were offered a terrific deal and we purchased our car. I should probably mention that everyone else at Annapolis Hyundai was also very nice and accommodating. We were so impressed that even though we live in Baltimore we are going to bring our car to Annapolis Hyundai for servicing. We felt very welcome and at ease with everyone we met at Annapolis Hyundai and this counts for a lot. Paul has made it very clear that our relationship is ongoing; it doesn't just end with the sale of our car. Like everything else that Paul has said, it is the truth. More
